This Privacy Policy explains how Nomad Mode collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you use the Nomad Mode application and related services (the "Service"). 2. Data Controller

For the purposes of the GDPR and similar laws, the data controller is Ilix OÜ.

If the Service is used through third-party platforms (like app stores or social login providers), those providers may be separate controllers for the data they process independently.

If you purchase subscriptions or products, payment details are processed directly by third-party payment processors or app stores (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play). These details are not stored in full by Nomad Mode.

The Service does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" or similar signals in a uniform way because no common standard has been adopted.

18. Changes to this Privacy Policy

NomadMode may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. New versions will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates your acknowledgment of the updated Policy.
